Shipping policy

Every parcel is wrapped with mindful attention, ensuring your scented candles journey to you safely and arrive in perfect condition.

1. Preparation Times

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from the workshop within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). A confirmation note will fly to your inbox as soon as your package leaves, complete with its unique tracking number.

2. Delivery Methods & Choices

To guide your candles home safely, two trusted shipping paths are offered:

  • Mondial Relay: For a pickup at your local collection point

  • Colissimo: For home deliveries

3. Shipping Fees & Complimentary Deliveries

It is a true pleasure to offer free shipping under the following thresholds:

  • Mainland France: Complimentary shipping for all orders over €50 via Mondial Relay

  • France & European Union: Complimentary shipping for all orders over €100 via Colissimo

For all other orders, shipping fees are automatically calculated when checking out your basket. Please note that packages cannot travel outside the European Union at this time.

4. Unclaimed Parcels (Mondial Relay)

If a package happens to wander past its pickup deadline, it will gently make its way back to the workshop. Together, a reshipping can be arranged (with new shipping fees at your expense), or a refund can be processed (excluding initial shipping fees and any return costs charged by the carrier).

5. Delivery Estimates

Once your package leaves the workshop, the typical journey takes:

- Mondial Relay (France): 3 to 6 business days

- Colissimo (France & EU): 2 to 5 business days

These timeframes are estimates. During busier times of the year, such as the holiday season, the journey might take just a little longer.

6. Following Your Order

As soon as your candles are on their way, a tracking link will be emailed to you so you can follow their progress and anticipate their arrival.

7. If the Unexpected Happens

If your parcel arrives visually damaged or broken, it is warmly recommended to refuse the delivery so it can return directly to the workshop. In the rare event of a delay or a lost package, please write a quick note to rivercombe@pm.me. Everything possible will be done with the carrier to quickly make things right for you.
