The Village

Nestled in a green valley somewhere in England lies Rivercombe. The village was founded on a hillside bordered by the River Moss, which flows into the sea about ten miles to the West.

At the dawn of the Edwardian era,

Rivercombe is renowned for its beauty and is loved by its long-standing residents as much as its newcomers, artists and poets who have moved here from the city. It boasts a picturesque church, a market square, a 16th-century Elizabethan manor house, thatched and tiled cottages, an orchard, an inn, a few shops and an old priory.

I'm Violette and I will guide you on your discovery. I have slipped a note for you alongside each scent of Rivercombe, confiding into my fondest moments spent here.
